Can you imagine the Nike brand without the Swoosh? The Beaverton-based company is always grateful to designer Carolyn Davidson for the famous logo. With the launch of the Nike Air Force 1 Low '07 LV8 First Use 'UNC' University Blue, it's a celebration of 50 years since its induction.
The profile of this Air Force 1 Low is printed "First Use June 18, 1971" on the quarter, in a gold-coloured Swoosh. The famous comma, here embroidered and stitched in relief, is applied to the side of the Air Force 1First Use trainer. The insole is embellished with logos from 1971 to 1992 and double white lacing wraps around the whole. The understated yet stylish design comes in a springy white leather and sky blue suede look, sitting comfortably on a white sole highlighted in blue.
