For this first release, the Australian brand presents us with an unusual design mixing Japanese chrysanthemum and pink heather for a very special colourway, paying homage to both partners, the ASICS GT-II!
The ASICS GT-II Up There is depicted in an upper with crocheted mesh panels featuring a special "Pink Heath" dye, giving each pair its own unique look. The GT-II Metropolis Piedmont sneaker's overall look is harmonised by a cleverly criss-crossed overlay in powder grey and sage tones.
Specific details include an "Up There" embossed on the side toe, an ASICS embossed on the other toe and zig-zag stitching.
And to finish off the design, there are beautifully embroidered motifs on the side of the heel, the Japanese Chrysanthemum on the left trainer and the Pink Heath on the right.
