The latest collaboration between London-based streetwear brand A COLD WALL* and Nike showcases minimalist aesthetics. Following numerous successful projects with Converse, Ross now presents an ACW rendition of the iconic Nike Air Max Plus sneaker. Originally introduced in 1998, the Air Max Plus features an innovative design inspired by the curving trees found along city beaches. The midfoot shank resembles the tail of a whale, providing stability and support. The sneaker is equipped with visible Tuned Air units on the forefoot and heel, delivering a comfortable and responsive feel. This collaboration is available in two minimalist grey leather colorways, replacing the traditional TPU overlays with embossed wavy panels. The upper features cut-out Swooshes that complement the stylish box cut-outs. The sockliner, heel, tongue, and lateral shank plate are adorned with co-branded labels. Additionally, the shoe box comes in special ACW packaging with circular cut-out areas on the lid, adding to its unique appeal.
