If you have any questions about authenticity certificates and packaging please contact the retailer stocking the item directly.
Price matching, price discrepancy and price updates
Due to the large volume of items on thenextsole, product errors such as price discrepancy might unfortunately happen from time to time. Luckily, these are extremely rare. In the rare case you see a price discrepancy between thenextsole and the retailer, please be aware that thenextsole won't be able to price match items. Should this happen, the correct price is always the price on the retailer website.
Do you have my size? Do you know when an item will be back in stock?
Product and size stocking is at the retailer's discretion. As thenextsole partners with retailers from around the world, sizes can also differ between brands and retailers. Please note that thenextsole does not stock the items.
All items are stocked by our partner retailers around the world. Thenextsole updates stock information systematically throughout the day, but we aren’t able to confirm if or when an item will be restocked by the retailer.
However, we do offer a feature which will immediately alert you if and when it does. To set a back-in-stock alert, simply click on the bell on the product page. thenextsole will then notify you if and when the item you love once again becomes available.
